Exotic blends include: Mahogany, Eastern Red Cedar, Zebra, Ebony, & Walnut (bottom)
- Step 1: prime the floor with a thin pigmented coating that closely matches the predominant color of the WoodChips
- Step 2: apply a heavy broadcast coat of clear 100% Solids Epoxy HyperBOND, DT 454 or HyperREZ UV (approx. 75 SF/GAL), then heavily broadcast WoodChips and let cure
- Step 3: blow excess WoodChips into a pile and reclaim, follow by lightly scraping the floor
- Step 4: apply a grout coat of clear HyperREZ UV or DT 454 @ 120 sf/gal and let cure
- Step 5: sand surface using sanding disc
- Step 6: apply final topcoat(s)
- Estimated Coverage Rate = 15-20 SF/LB
